Office Hours and Emergency Service
The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Emergency plumbing service runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year — if a pipe bursts at 2am on a Sunday, call rather than wait until Monday.
During office hours a phone call is usually the quickest way to settle scheduling, get a sense of cost, or work out whether a problem needs someone on site at all. Outside those hours, use the number above for anything urgent and the form below for anything that can wait for the next business day.
Where We Work
The Local Plumber is based in Anaheim and works throughout Orange County. Regular service areas include Anaheim, Orange, Santa Ana, Irvine and Mission Viejo, along with Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach and Lake Forest. If your property sits just outside that ring, it is still worth asking — the crew travels for the right job.
Residential, commercial and industrial work are all in scope. The business has been operating since 1999 under MBTJ Bangert Inc., licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, CSLB #752497, and the family trade behind it runs back four generations through hospitals, schools, high-rise buildings and ordinary houses.
Tell Us What You Need
The more detail, the better. What is happening, how long it has been happening, what kind of property it is, and the best number to reach you are usually enough to price the work or book a visit without a second round of questions. Photographs help too, especially for anything leaking.
